German-Polish Workshop for ICT Research and Innovation

The modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) provide an essential basis for our knowledge-based society today. Furthermore they are considered as the significant innovation driver and the most important precondition to improve the competitiveness of European industry.

Science and industry have to cooperate very closely in order to exploit this potential to the full and to provide new jobs. Initiated by the German Embassy in Warsaw and financed by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) the German-Polish Workshop for ICT Research and Innovation is supposed to support the bilateral cooperation and boost the exchange of experiences between actors from both countries in order to stimulate common activities on research and innovation.
The official language of the conference will be English. Participation in the conference is free of charge.
