InfoWeb Weiterbildung (IWWB) is now accessible in 90 languages – besides German, English, French and Spanish, the web service is, for example, accessible in traditional and simplified Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Russian and Turkish. The metasearch engine for further education thus targets international users, and the scope of potential users ranges from EU citizens and individuals across the world to refugees in Germany. Two links offer immediate access to courses for learning German as a foreign language:
IWWB is a service offered by the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF), as part of the German Education Server. Users can search further education opportunities in nearly 100 cooperating databases. The German Education Server (Eduserver) is the central guide to educational information on the internet; it is jointly offered by the federal government (Bund) and the federal states (Länder), and co-ordinated at DIPF.
