The Ministry of Science and Technological Delevopment in Montenegro aims to create an environment conducive to develop and to raise the quality of the scientific research community in all domains and scientific fields, and wants to strengthen the profession of researchers. It invests in research and innovation by implementing the policy of innovation activity to encourage the development of products and services in IT activities and develop innovation infrastructure.
