This project intends to bring more joy of movement to the younger generation and simultaneously to promote STEM education. The idea is to develop and introduce movement-based modules as an innovative and attractive educational approach for STEM education to make STEM more attractive and facilitate sustained learning, and at the same time bring more movement to the lives of the younger generation. Specifically, in this project we aim to identify STEM learning contents that are suitable to be taught by doing sports/physical activity as well as to determine appropriate teaching strategies. We will be developing four core STEM learning modules based on cycling, swimming, throwing and high-performance sports, respectively, and add experiences with other settings from among the international project partners. Aiding the international learning and the scaling into school contexts will be a learning and dissemination platform and various forms of international learning and exchange opportunities.
