On June 6, 2011 Deutsche Bahn and Russian Railways Center for International Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CIL) Teaching Conference will be held at GSOM SPbSU.
The purpose of the event is to provide an understanding of pedagogical issues related to supply chain management and an understanding of industry expectations. Faculty speakers will present new cases, courses, methods of instruction, and intended learning outcomes.
Representatives from industry will provide an understanding what they expect from graduating students and from executive programs in terms of knowledge and skills sets.
Emphasis will be given to gaps between what industry expects and what they experience.
Simultaneous translation will be offered.
