Incheon Metropolitan City has been rapidly growing into the hub of Northeast Asia with its world-class international airport, Incheon port, and government-designated Free Economic Zone. Recent uprising competition amidst global economic recession triggered the social phenomenon of city-to-city integration and 'regional clusters', opening up a new paradigm in facilitation of exchanging goods and human resources.

In this era of global logistics, Incheon International Logistics Forum 2010 hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Tourism Organization and the Korea Port Economic Association will be held under the theme of “Strategy and Tasks of Green Logistics to realize the 21st century Global Logistics City” bringing global logistics experts and scholars together for in-depths discussions and presentations for the goal of establishing framework for sustainable green logistics.
