E-Learning module: Comparing IPR in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao
The latest E-Learning module from the China IPR SME Helpdesk is now available. It examines the major differences between the IPR systems in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.
The module follows the experience of an employee of a European SME, Nicole, on a business trip to Asia to look for new opportunities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.
During the trip, Nicole learns about the differences between the IPR systems in each location and how to protect trade marks, patents, copyright and trade secrets in each jurisdiction.
