The German expert Wolfgang Kniejski from INI-Novation will discuss with experts from Albania and FYR of Macedonia as well as wbc-inco.net Team members possible steps towards the implementation of the innovation scheme -Soft Landing Platforms- in Albania and FYR of Macedonia. The results will be -Terms of Reference- - a pilot project with guidelines for the establishment for such an innovation scheme in the WBC, tailored to the needs and the situation in the respective countries (Albania and FYR of Macedonia).
