Now heading towards its fifth year, the CLIB International Conference 2014 on 19 & 20 November 2014, will be themed “Bioeconomy enters industrial practice“. This year’s conference is organized for the first time in cooperation with BE-Basic (NL) and VITO (Fl).
The conference will discuss technical, commercial and political implications of globally emerging value chains, with a special focus on the European Horizon2020 program, the PPPs BBI & SPIRE and the BIG-C initiative of Flanders, The Netherlands and North Rhine-Westphalia:
- From lignocellulosic feedstock to bio-based chemicals
- CO2 and exhaust gases to chemicals
- The next generation agro-based value chains
- New value chains from organic side streams
For our CLIB-members, attendance for up to three persons is free of charge (this restriction does not apply to academia).
For the first time, we have set up an online partnering tool. After registering and setting up your personal profile, you can take part in the partnering at CIC2014 and future CLIB events. Afterwards you can edit your availability for meetings, access the profiles of the participating organisations and persons, and get in contact with other participants.
