EARTO & EIRMA will organise for the first time a joint Annual Conference on 28-29 April 2015 in Luxembourg. The meeting will take stock of the current situation regarding collaboration based on knowledge and technology transfer between research and industry. The aim of the conference is to bring together key representatives of Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs), Industry and EU institutions to discuss the industry’s strategy and research needs linking them to what RTOs are doing and can do in the future to support the European industry.
EARTO stands for European Association of Research and Technology Organisations. EARTO is a non-profit international association established in Brussels that has the objective to promote and defend the interests of RTOs in Europe.
EIRMA, the European Industrial Research Management Association is an independent and not-for-profit organisation that deals with the effective global management and organisation of business R&D and innovation within a European perspective.
