The International Conference “CLUSTER CLOUD - Innovative Clusters, Key Drivers of Economic Smart Specialisation”, which will take place in Bucharest, and will be held under the patronage of the Ministry for Education and Research and the Ministry of Economy, on the 28th of November 2013.
The aim of the conference is to highlight the role of clusters as drivers for business innovation that bring closer together SMEs, RDI organisations and public bodies against the background of smart specialisation strategies in Europe. Representatives of the European Commission, renowned international specialists from the field of cluster policy and innovation and representatives of top clusters in Austria, UK, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria etc. will debate on subjects, such as:
- the cluster policy of the European Union
- the role of clusters in regional economic development, in the context of « Smart Specialisation » strategies
- strengthening the links between the economic environment and research, in the wider context of innovation in clusters
- role of clusters in the Danube Strategy
- Models of Business Innovation.
In addition to presentations of a high scientific content, the International Conference “CLUSTER CLOUD” has a strong practical orientation, and will include:
- a C2C (cluster to cluster) and B2B (business to business) brokerage session in which you will directly get in touch with the representatives of participating clusters/enterprises;
