The ASEAN-EU Science, Technology and Innovation Days 2015 (ASEAN-EU STI Days 2015) are the second edition of this forum style event organized by the EU-FP7 project -SEA-EU-NET-. This years edition will focus on presenting ASEAN research excellence to the European audience.
It takes place in Paris, 17-19 March 2015 and will be host to about 15 impulse workshops on various topics of interest for ASEAN-EU Science and Technology cooperation. After the huge success of the last edition in Bangkok/Thailand with more than 500 participants in two days and a focus on providing insight on the European research and innovation landscape and being the host event for the launch of Horizon2020 in the region, the second edition will offer the chance for research institutions and innovative companies from Southeast Asia to present their capacities to the European audience to raise awareness on the current developments in S&T in the most dynamic region worldwide.
The ASEAN-EU STI Days 2015 will welcome around 300 participants from Southeast Asia and Europe. This is an ideal occasion for networking and exchange in thematic areas like Health, Environment, Water, Food Security & Safety or Innovation and we will welcome policy makers, company representatives, researchers and research administrators from both regions.
