On 17 and 28 June Neth-ER (Netherlands house for Education and Research - representation of the Dutch knowledge community in Brussels) joins forces with the Dutch Association of Universities of Applied Sciences (VH), the Dutch Council of for secondary Vocational Education and Training (MBO Raad) and the Dutch Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) by organizing two events on innovation ecosystems.
On the 17th of June "Hit or Miss" is the first event of the series, organised by VH and MBO Raad. It will be held on-site with the option to join a network lunch afterwards offered by Universities of Applied Sciences Netherlands UASNL.
In this event the three organisers explore innovation ecosystems through the lens of vocational education providers and universities of applied sciences, with emphasis on the way that regional innovation strategies, national funding instruments and European policies interact. Following the title "hit or miss", the organisers examine what works through best practices, and which further support is needed to foster dynamic ecosystems and better connect innovation initiatives around Europe.
