The Atlas of Islamic-World Science and Innovation study explored the changing landscape of science and innovation across a diverse selection of countries with large Muslim populations in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Working closely with partners in each of the countries, the project charted the delicate interplay between science, innovation, culture and politics and explored new opportunities for partnership and exchange with the wider world.
The report is the first in the Atlas of Islamic-World Science and Innovation series. Looking across all the different elements within Malaysia’s science and innovation system, this comprehensive study asks whether the current blend of initiatives and strategies is the right model for a more innovative Malaysia?
