The American Innovation and Competitiveness Act directs the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) to submit a "biennial report on international science and technology (S&T) cooperation" efforts to the Congress. The 2024 report focuses on changes to the global S&T landscape since the 2022 report and the importance of international S&T cooperation to the United States. It also provides an update on the actions of U.S. government departments and agencies to implement the recommendations included in the 2022 report.
